COVID-19 Response

Our Customers Are Our Top Priority!

We continue to service our customers during normal business hours.

As we navigate the national COVID-19 coronavirus national pandemic, Edwards Health Care Services (EHCS) wants to assure our customer that, as an essential business, we are fully staffed, operational, and ready to support you during this public health crisis. We are monitoring the changing daily events and doing our best to keep our customers’ orders fulfilled and our employees safe and healthy. In all circumstances, the health and safety of our employees is and always will be our top priority.

We have implemented our pre-established business continuity contingency plans to address the COVID-19 pandemic. The only employees at our headquarters are those deemed essential, and we have implemented a variety of procedures for their safety. All other employees are working remotely. We are continually monitoring the situation and doing our best to keep our customers’ orders fulfilled and our employees safe.

We appreciate your patience during this time. Please note that we are experiencing higher-than-normal call volumes. You may experience a longer hold time. If you are calling to refill your supplies, you may refill online at www.myehcs.com/refill or email Customer Service at ContactUs@myEHCS.com.

Can I get my order shipped early?

At this time, most insurances are not permitting us to ship orders early. We are in contact with our insurance partners and prepared to make changes as soon as they allow. Orders are currently shipping as scheduled. If you need your order earlier, please reach out to your insurance company directly for further instruction.

Can I get extra supplies shipped to me?

At this time, insurances are not allowing us to ship extra supplies. We are in constant communication with our insurance partners and will update you if there are any changes.

EHCS is fully staffed and shipping supplies as scheduled, so there isn’t a need to obtain extra supplies.

What if I can’t see my doctor right now?

If you’re due for an office visit, please check with your doctor’s office about a “telehealth” visit. Many insurance companies (including Medicare) are accepting telehealth visits during the COVID-19 pandemic.

If your doctor’s office is closed, we will work with you and your insurance company to attempt to obtain an exception.

Does EHCS accept “telehealth” doctor’s visits?

During this time, EHCS will accept telehealth visits in accordance with your insurance company’s policies. Many insurance companies (including Medicare) are accepting telehealth visits during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Will EHCS still be able to obtain my supplies to ship?

EHCS is in close contact with our manufacturer partners regarding product availability. We are not currently experiencing any product shortages.

What is EHCS doing to keep its employees safe?

Our employees are our most valuable asset, and EHCS is doing its best to keep them safe. The only employees at our headquarters are those deemed essential, and we have implemented a variety of procedures for their safety. The remainder of our team has been moved to work remotely to continue servicing customers, working with insurances and obtaining paperwork from doctors’ offices.

For our essential staff at our headquarters, we are following all guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Ohio Department of Public Health. We have implemented daily temperature checks for all employees and sending home any employee with a fever or who doesn’t feel well. Within the office and warehouse, we are following social distancing guidelines by keeping employees at least 6 feet away from one another at all times. We have also scheduled additional cleaning services and employees are washing their hands and sanitizing their workspaces on a regular basis.
