Meet the Updated Tandem t:slim Mobile App

Have you noticed something different on your phone lately? Tandem has given its mobile app for t:slim insulin pumps a fresh new look — complete with a new name and icon — to make it easier for users to find and recognize.

But don’t worry, while the appearance may be updated, everything you rely on is still right where you left it. Here’s what you need to know about the update:

✅ Your account and data are untouched. All of your Tandem Source credentials, app settings, and pump data remain exactly the same.
✅ Wireless data uploads? Still seamless. You can continue uploading your pump data to Tandem Source without any changes.
✅ Notifications have a new name. In-app alerts will now come from the newly named Tandem t:slim mobile app.
✅ No action required (for most). If you’ve enabled automatic updates on your device, you’ll receive the updated app without lifting a finger.

Look for a new icon (see right). The app’s updated icon is designed to be easier to recognize among your other apps. This update is all about making things simpler and more intuitive — no disruptions, just a fresh new look to support your diabetes management journey.
